What Is Your Favorite Dystopian Novel? Any Suggestions For Me?

I'm not real clear on the definition of dystopian. Is that the opposite of Utopian? According to my dim understanding of the term I'm going to recommend that you read the novel Cell by Stephen King. Not to tell the whole story, it's about a scary new world caused by cell phones. Even if it's not the type of book you are seeking go ahead and read it. It will scare the daylight out of you.
