Would this be an unfair fight?

2 guys, both 15, pretty built, ones 6 foot and the other 5'7. the 6 is completely high out of his mind, he looked shaky just getting out of his chair, the 5 is completely sober and has been constantly getting in fights for years, the 6 is more of a chill person not a fighter. the situation was.. it was me and a few Friends hangin out smokin, then the shorty shows up out of nowhere and wants to fight the 6 and keeps taunting and taunting till he gets up, he can barely stand, i watched and the 6 couldn't even swing, he looked really dizzy so he just tried to get on him and choke him out then the other just jumps on him and starts pounding his face in, everyone else stopped it cause it was more of a beating then a fight, since he couldn't really do anything, now the shortys bragging that he beat him ****less, he didnt knock him out, he didnt even feel the shortys punches, he almost puked afterwards tho, he looked more dizzy then hurt, it was pretty much just stopped halfway. was this a fair fight? im cool with both of them but i wanted another opinion on it.
