Self insemination and the Ferti Care Vibrator?

My husband and I are trying to conceive. He has a spinal cord injury so we trying self insemination. We have researched the Ferti care vibrator. However it is expensive. Does any body know where we could get something comparable. We cant use a regular vibrator because the amplitude is not as good. I also would like to know if anybody has tried it and did you have success.
