Is this car US street legal?

So I'm planning on importing a car from Japan.. It is a 1993 Nissan Skyline Coupe GTS25t. Right-hand Steering Wheel. Is it street legal? I've heard a lot of people say Skylines aren't legal in the US. Sooo, is it? aha. Thanks for answering.
