Can we sue foreign embies on labor issues like cheating on heir employees?

It wouldn't be easy. it would also depend on the labor laws in that particular country. however, in most US embies, not only do the local employees get US holidays, they also get local holidays and they certainly do get vacation time. some folks are employed by private contractors though, and if they aren't getting vacation time, they can certainly sue in local court. as for taxes, I've never heard of anyone suing for the right to pay taxes. now that would be interesting.
