Girl Sending Signals? Or I am just looking to hard?

So the first day of cl, this girl comes and sits right next to me. The cl is in a clroom but has 70 people. So the seats are really really close to eachother. Ok so, almost every seat is open and im in the middle towards the back, and she comes and sits down. Its been only 2 or 3 cles so I havent been able to talk much because its a lecture for college. Anyways. Each cl she will flip her hair on to me, or twirl it towards me. She also always strokes my leg or arm for some reason or by accident and says sorry immediately. For instance she was like moving her legs and her foot like stroked my leg, and she said sorry. She did that when twirling her hair too, and she said sorry. She always turns and looks, but I cant tell because she is like an inch away from my face the whole cl. She will like stretch out and like lean towards me the whole class. Like onto my area and side. But we havent said anything to eachother. She hasnt started a conversation yet and I havent either because I am listening to the lecture and taking notes. All shes said is sorry when she like accidentaly touched me. How come she wont just start a convo? Like the other class she turned and asked this obese nerdy guy a question, but not me? Why wont she like start talking. Is there anything or is pointless focusing on this
