Cant get over scary movie, cant sleep?

it was one missed call with the mutilated blue people. i cant sleep. actually i fell asleep for an hour at like 1AM. i took out the bible and it helped for a while but while i was reading it and having faith, i was quite scared and petrified. i cant listen to my ipod because it makes me feel like i cant hear and am unprotected just in case i need to hear. HELP PLEASE! SCHOOL IS JUST TOMARROW!!
