What are some HP Plot Flaws?

I've got one. In the Deathly Hallows we find out that Harry's invisibility cloak truly makes the user invisible, as though they don't exist - even death wouldn't be able to find that person. However, throughout the series, both Dumbledore and Mad eye moody were able to see Harry whilst he was wearing it.
