What's the best thing to write about oneself?

Like, when someone or something tells you to write something about who or what I am and about my personality.I need ideas because the instruction says not to write the basic information like name (how do I start then?), age, birthday, parents, siblings, school, religion, and interests/hobbies. If you take those away, I really don't know what to write about myself anymore, so..blank. I'm not really that wordy. You know, like telling stuff about myself in a great way (which is really important).
