"I got my divorce 10 yrs ago in Fairfax County Virginia. My ex has not complied with an auto direct deposit on the first( he likes to be a couple days late...my bills don't wait.) for my spousal support, for monies he owes me for health care for 3 yrs that my employer did not cover with that insurance, with authorization to verify my status as beneficiary to life insurance through his employer etc. I went to Fairfax County Courthouse today. I am more confused than ever. Does anyone out there,particularly attorneys or people with experience, know what I have to do to see a judge and have compliance?" The civil intake person told me two things...and it was so confusing...
