Heating a pet ball python?

I really want to purchase a ball python and I am planning to keep it in a small 30 gallon plastic tub with locking lids and well ventilation. But I was wondering how I would heat it? My room will drop to the sixties during the winter at night and in the day is normally somewhere in the low seventies. Does anyone know an inexpensive, safe way of heating it's enclosure?
