What is going on with my IPOD?

If its just a month old, you can call Ipod Support, a href="http://www.apple.com/support/contact/phone_contacts.html," rel="nofollow"http://www.apple.com/support/contact/pho…/a or you could try restarting it, or they do reccomend letting the battery completly die then recharge it
