Help! My computer has a virus but my anti-virus won't remove it.?

if you cant boot into safe mode you need to re-install your os{ windows xp or whatever}. if avg was any good you would not have a virus to begin with. eset nod 32 is the absolute best hands down.and only download programs from cnet.com
