HELP ME I'M TRAPPED!?

My brother in law is trying to kick me out of the house for NO REASON. I have NO money to give toward any bills, but my SISTER said I can come from UPSTATE, NY so she can help me get up on my feet. I have NOWHERE else to go except here in Brooklyn. I moved from all the way upstate since I had no help up there either. He says that I am not trying to get a job (and I've only been here for 3 weeks!) plus I have a blood disease && diabetes, its hard to get a job and I've been APPLYING! I'm trying to get on public istance, I have enrolled into college but I have NO HELP WHATSOEVER....plus he won't allow me to talk to my mother on the phone because he's paying the bill. I can't go into a shelter because it's really dirty, people steal and it's horrible. All I need is a roof over my head until I get a job and get approved for public istance. My other sister offered me to come stay with her, but I can't because she lives in housing PLUS she lives in Long Island City, Queens! and all my business is in Brooklyn! What do I do???
