Can anyone tell me why Obran banished Puck to the human world.?

The translator of human actions is something that I had also read, but that is not why he was banished. The Fae folk are not supposed to directly influence human affairs/actions, and from my understanding that is something that Puck did, and was thereby banished from the Faerie Realm.
