Brother retiring as Sergeant Major Army.Im on SSI.Cant afford ticket.Help Available? Help please.?

He has 31 years active duty. So very proud of him. 4 Iraq tours Afghanistan etc..I would b left w $50 for food for month after buying plane ticket.I desperately want to attend this priviledge.Retiring ceremony @ Ft Bliss, El Paso Texas.1st week of May. I Live in Ohio, Airfare $270. RT. Fair. Bus $476 RT!! I have contacted Red Cross, Armed Forces Fndtion among others.All say Immediate family and emergency only. I would feel so terrible not to be there. Anyone know any solutions?Contacts? Please help.Thank You.
