Broth and soup fasting?
I am 5'4 152 lbs 24 American girl. I have tried a fasting diet before it was a lemonade diet where you squeezed lemon in 8 ounces water 1 tsp cayenne pepper and 1 tbsp of honey lost like 5 pounds in 3 days was only water weight though gained it back as soon as i started eating normally again. Recently I have started doing a cereal diet I eat 1 bowl of cereal for breakfast, 1 bowl of cereal for lunch then a regular dinner but smaller portions than i Usually ate before. I have only been drinking water cut out all other beverages. started this Monday November 9 I weighed 157.7 now today Saturday November 14 I weigh 152 I have lost 5.7 pounds in last 6 days now this is all water weight I'm uming not actual fat yet but its still weight to me and i am very excited. I also have been exercising not too much trying to start out slow get my body use to the ideal I have been doing crunches, sit ups and leg lefts, walking the stairs in my house when ever i have a few minutes I will do this don't plan it so that way I can do it on my time have found that if I try to make it mandatory for myself i am less likely to want to do it but making it optional and convenient makes me want to exercise more. The cereal I have been eating is honey bunches of oats. tried special k but taste was to bland. I also don't eat anything after 7 pm. If you get hungry after you have eaten My doctor told me to drink water at least 8 gles a day 8 ounces each one keeping hydrated makes you less hungry she said and I've noticed this is very true.
